Steward(ess)/Service and Support Specialist
Live-Out, Full-Time Position
Midwest + Domestic & Inter’l Travel
Seeking a reliable, professionally mature, and detail-oriented Steward(ess)/Service and Support Specialist to join an existing team. The SSS will meticulously maintain the vessel’s interior and provide five-star hospitality services to family and guests. Interior duties include but are not limited to: organizing, deep cleaning, making beds, laundry/ironing, tidying common spaces, stocking, etc. Experience with exterior detailing a plus and willingness a must. Food, beverage, and hospitality responsibilities include but are not limited to: proper table setting and service, wine presentation, cocktail preparation, basic floral arrangements, polishing, stocking, and providing an enjoyable guest experience. The standards are extremely high not only for cleanliness and hospitality but safety and team work. Duties are expected to be performed with care, integrity, discretion, passion, and consideration.
While based in the Midwest, the Service and Support Specialist will also be required to travel both domestically and internationally. Flexibility in scheduling is essential to meet seasonal and staffing requirements. This position will work frequent evenings, weekends and some holidays. Travel will be required. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of yachting experience, excellent references, legal authorization to work in the US, and be passport ready. Midwest based candidates strongly preferred for this live-out role. Compensation: $25 - $35/hour plus overtime. Send your resume for consideration!

Sailing single handed to Bahamas on ICW. Looking for crew. I am arriving to NYC and dropping off my crew on October 3 and looking for someone to sail to Annapolis for the show and from Annapolis to Florida and then Bahamas.
No firm dates for after Annapolis

Looking for crew to help sail on southern michigan great lakes including michigan, erie, huron, lake st. Claire, and lake muskegon.

2025 Plans - Boat haul out week of oct 20, 2024. if anyone interested in day sails next season from Salem drop me a note. I basically looked into this site as a resource to possibly find people who would like to go out on daysails as it is not always easy to find someone with time to go out during the day. Mostly looking for people with enough experience to handle the sheets and trimming and picking up the mooring lines and drive the boat if you like. the more experience the better. Thank you!

Ahoy Mateys!

We are a seenager (Google it) naturist couple and into Frugal Cruising. We are offering the opportunity for likeminded folks, No experience necessary, to experience liveaboard cruising onboard a small 25 ft. sailboat for a period ranging from few days to a week or longer if we hit it off as we cruise from Maryland in early Nov. and make our way to the clear blue waters of the Florida by mid Dec. and spend the winter cruising around the Keys and perhaps the Bahamas.

We typically spend our weekends at a dock, a mooring or at anchor as past experience has taught us the the ICW is no place for a small sailboat such as our due to horde of powerboaters that enjoy the ICW during most weekends.

Please keep in mind that our sailboat provides basic amenities but provide little to no privacy.
