Coboaters was launched in 2021 in Rhode Island introducing the concept of Coboating in North America. Our mission is to create the best network of boating enthusiasts who like sharing their boats and experience on the water. Coboaters is a Crew Finder club, a sailing network for everyone.

A new way to sail more and better:
Coboaters was invented on the basis that sailing is like happiness and freedom, it is better when it is shared with other people. We introduce Coboating, a new word that describes this new concept: share good time on the water and help each other sail more and better. The principle is very easy to understand and in line with our society. Boat owners share their boats and crew share their time and experience. Most skippers cannot sail without crew as they need help on board. Crew or “sailors without boats” want to gain experience and share their skills. Coboating is the the answer!
Coboaters Members are open minded, they like welcome people on board and enjoy company and friendship. Thanks to Coboaters, hundreds of people sail together anywhere in North America, USA, Canada and the Caribbean. A great achievement that benefits the entire boating community.
