I am currently seeking crew members to race aboard my Beneteau First 36.7 Relentless during the 2025 season. Relentless is berthed at the East Greenwich YC.

I’ve shifted from spinnaker class racing to cruising class racing on weekends on Narragansett Bay and Block Island Sound.

I'm looking for crew to sail the Chesapeake Bay this summer—an opportunity to get to know each other, spend time on the water, and see if we’re compatible for longer adventures. The cruising lifestyle is unique, requiring a special kind of compatibility to truly thrive. What better way to test that than by "gunkholing" up and down the bay, learning about each other and the boat while making plans together for future voyages?

My goal is to find not just crew, but a partner—a true First Mate—to share this journey in every sense. If that possibility excites you, let’s set sail and see where the wind takes us.

Hello Sailors,

I do look for crew to get our fleet moving.

We will first start sail training around the Cape Verde Islands, then go to the Gambia and sail down to Sao Tome e Principe.

I look for long term crew, sailors that like the idea of van independent entity in the form of a nomadic fleet.

We have a lot of space and need many crew. Also it is possible when we start sailing down the coast of West Africa and later around to the East coast for others to join our fleet with their own boats.

I expect everyone to share the living costs (which I calculate be max $300 for food and fuel per month), as we only fish we only need to buy vegetables, fruits, rice, etc...

Unpaid Crew Wanted for Voyage from San Diego, CA to Hilo, HI and/or return Spring/Summer 2025
Depending on schedules and weather, we plan to leave between April 1 and April 15. The passage could be approximately 21 days, and we will probably spend a week or so in Hilo before returning.

I have two crew members for the passage to Hawaii. Charles is a friend of 30 years that I have sailed small boats with. He intends to join me for at least the West bound trip. Katie, my daughter is learning to sail and looking forward to the adventure. She plans to sail both to Hawaii and the return to San Diego.

My daughter would be more comfortable with another female crew member. We are liberal minded and pretty easy going. We are looking for an additional sailor, non-smoker, CA or other state Boaters Card, not prone to sea sickness, blue water experience preferred.

Returning from Hawaii is a must, passage to Hawaii may be possible. We will share sailing, watches, cooking, cleaning, choices of music on wireless speakers, fishing, and the joy of blue water cruising.

Safety is a top priority, including life vests and harnesses to a jackline whilst out of the cockpit. You should have foul weather gear and deck boots for unexpected weather. Most of the trip will be in shorts and t-shirts, or swimsuits, but deck shoes are required when out of the cockpit. Also, a couple of sun hats and pairs of sunglasses with cords.
We will also adhere to environmental guidelines regarding pollution.

These are Wednesday evening races departing dock at 1730, and returning a couple hours later. Conventional spinnaker boat. Looking for crew, experience helpful, learning capacity can be even better!

I am looking for someone who is keen to explore the Tuamotu Islands with me for the next couple months.
I enjoy beach combing, kite surfing, snorkeling, scuba diving, relaxing on the beach and hanging with friends new and old.

I would like to find someone with some sailing experience; I am more than willing to teach if you have a desire to learn. You will need to be comfortable standing night watch for a couple hours at a time.
