I’m looking for locals that would entertain sailing during the week or weekends. Mostly looking for extra Crew who have experience but new folks are welcome. Mostly the Chesapeake Bay for this summer. Looking at potential Fall ‘25 sail to Bermuda and Caribbean. Therefore building a local and trustworthy Crew is ideal. Crew needs to be comfortable and able-bodied during these ventures. All walks of life are welcome within reason, including smokers.

I am looking for crew to race on my boat. I have a 40 ft. cruiser/racer with an asymmetrical spinnaker. I need crew as tactician, trimmer, bow, etc. I race out of Annapolis, MD on the Chesapeake Bay. Mostly day races around buoys, but several distance races of 20-30 miles on the Bay.

I have a nice Searay 30' cruiser. Planning to go to the San Juan islands and other islands. I am a artist and do marine landscape and portrait paintings. Also play guitar and songwrite and sing. I think I have a good sense of humor and good at listening to others too. Not a drinker or smoker.

I am retired and looking for crew both experienced and novice (happy to teach) and day of the weekend or weekend. I do mostly day sailing or short trips (2-4 days) in the Bay, either to marinas or anchoring out.

Je suis Éric, vieux capitaine de 77 ans qui navigue depuis qu’il a des couches aux fesses! Je possède un voilier CONTESSA 26’ équipé transat à Valleyfield. Mon épouse ne navigue pas. Je cherche un ou une partenaire pour la saison 2024 et plus. L’objectif? Croisières destination lacs, bas du fleuve et davantage ! Le tout dans la joie et le partage des connaissances.

Profil recherché :
> Grande motivation
> Très disponible (sabbatique, à la retraite, etc.) accès facile à Valleyfield
> Préférence expérience en navigation à voile (brevet souhaité)
> Habiletés manuelles (un atout)
> Sociable et ouvert d'esprit.

Contexte :
- Le voilier au mouillage à ma propriété, avec atelier d’entretien mécanique bien équipé.
- Pas de frais de marina ni d’entreposage.
- Partage des frais de navigation à discuter. Si bonne entente, possibilité de vendre 50% de ma part.
