A great introduction to packing that sea-bag for your cruise! A few random contributions..
. layers! just like any outdoor activity it's generally easier to add and shed layers. Not exactly layers but I like zip-off hiking pants and spf protected long sleeve tshirts in non-cotton materials.
. packing "cubes" to keep your clothes sorted in that unstructured duffel.
. a brimmed hat to help keep strong sun off face and neck - consider "lanyards" to clip that cap to your collar
. fleeces are good but a windproof jacket really helps you stay comfy when the wind is happily blowing - probably not waterproof as you still want some wicking
. extra pairs of warm socks as most often will not be wearing boat shoes below
. lightweight running shorts for sleeping in
. sleeping bag liner to help keep those sheets clean- particularly if hot bunking
. deodorant! don't count on many showers
. dry bag(s) for dirty socks, other dirty clothes and temporary storage of wet clothing
. a few treats for private indulgence or shared treats (dark choc covered cherries/almonds/coffee beans and peanut butter cups are my favs, in case you are sailing with me)
. extra charging cables so you don't panic if your only one goes walkabout
. extra ration of good cheer as you will be in close quarters for a while

Thanks Rick. Good points.

I like fruits. Apples can stay fresh for a long time. And yes, layering is the key especially for night watches.
