I joined Coboaters at the end of 2022 as crew and I have already made several connections with boat owners this season. Coboaters landed me my first crew trip and boat delivery. Out of luck, I noticed on a FB sailing forum someone had posted a link from Coboaters concerning a gentleman that had recently purchased a sailboat and was looking for crew to help get the vessel from southern Florida up to Mississippi. I quickly made a profile and reached out to him. I got the crew spot and had an absolutely incredible time helping get the sailboat to it's new home. Lots of helm time, some trouble shooting with beautiful sunsets in the evening. Not to mention great company. I looking forward to the next opportunity. I have been learning to sail this summer and have been able to get 70+ hours out on the water with very generous captains who are open to teaching and sharing their boats. The sailing community I have found is amazing. I am really getting the hang of it. Already can’t wait for next season!

I was able to sail with a great skipper and spent several days on a nice Jeanneau. The Coboaters concept is really good and the site is easy to use. I look forward to meeting even more people here.
