I am looking for a co-owner for my Catalina 22. I am open to options but wish to retain 55% ownership. There could be up to 3 co-owners.
Price - $4000 to take into account cost of mooring.
Sharing annual costs of boat storage and general maintenance. Boat has new self furling jib and new standing rigging. Trailer has been overhauled.
