Looking for co-ownership Sabre 402 Barrington, RI, United States

I am a mid 30's passionate sailor and professional engineer who has partnered on a 36' boat for the past 6 years. Exploring the idea of partnering with a like-minded sailor in the purchase of a 40' boat. The Sabre 402 is at the top of my short list with other similar size models (386/425/426) of interest as well as Tartans in the same size range (3700/4100).

Due to the time demands of a professional career I believe a partnership is an excellent way to keep a boat looked after, moving, and spread the financial commitment among passionate sailors who otherwise my not take the leap alone. I am a very hand-on mechanical person and realize the boats of most interest to me will require some level of refitting and am happy to undertake projects.

Interested in cruising and casual racing with local RI clubs. Lots to discuss in the idea of a partnership but looking to start the conversation!
