Good day all. I'm an adventurer at heart and love a challenge. I'm looking for the opportunity to cruise or assist in boat deliveries that requires multiday trips and in doing so, increase my experience with coastal and offshore sailing. I've help deliver a Catalina 350 up the coast of southern Florida to Mississippi April 2023, loved it and looking for another opportunity. I'm perfectly fine with night watches and I fully expect to help out on the vessel. After 11 years DOJ and 12 years DHS I'm now retired (ICE Agent for DHS) and my time has been freed up considerably. I taught myself to sail at 25 having never read a book on the subject or touched a sailboat up until that point. After having owned and sailed 8 sailboats over the years, I went and completed my Keelboat certification in 2021. I'm fairly well traveled and comfortable entering into other countries, as I've been around the world 19 times and stood in 26 countries. I'm fairly handy as I love to cook, and I can repair nearly anything from Engines, Fiberglass, and welding, this list can go for some time. Don't ask me to repair computers though, but screens and batteries on I-phones, I can nearly do that blindfolded. I'm also a certified scuba diver since 1992 and I'm used to diving in near zero visibility doing search and recovery of items with submersible metal detectors. I have no health issues, take no medications, don't smoke, drink very little alcohol and only at anchor. I can catch, clean, cook, and eat ANYTHING, literally.
