Owned 3 catamarans, Lagoon 42 which was a solid but slow sailing cat, a Foutain Pajot 44 only for a short while. I now own a 2024 Seawind 1370, remarkable cat which is an excellent compromise between my first two and a true go-fast cat. Solidly built and safe. Sailed since I was 8 years of age where I grew up in Melbourne Australia, racing dinghies up to 18ft. Started chartering in the Caribbean in 2005 both monohulls and catamarans. Prefer to sail monohulls but cannot beat a catamaran for cruising comfort. Live in the mountains in Breckenridge, enjoy being at sea level or in the mountains. Sailed several times from BVI's to Ft Lauderdale. Sailed Spanish VI's including Puerto Rico, BVI's, USVI's, Grenadines/Granada as far north at Union Island. Will be putting Dauntless to the test for its first but late season to the Carib returning in late June to Florida.
